Patina Hardwood Flooring

Patina Old World Flooring is a line of reproduction French parquet and rustic wide plank wood flooring. Many Patina floors are hand scraped, hand colored, and hand finished to your taste and specifications, thus making the product truly custom. Because only true hand scraping and hand finishing techniques are used in the production of every Patina floor each individual Patina plank is unique and different from adjoining planks.

Patina plank floors are typically produced in mixed widths or any single width from 3" - 7". Widths of up to 12" - and wider with some species - are available when specified, as was the case with the Sanctuary Hotel on Kiawah Island. which you can learn more about in our projects page. Patina parquet floors standard sizes are between 38" - 48" square, depending on the pattern, but can also be produced to any specified size, or in continuous patterns with no borders. While Patina floors can be produced on most any wood species, the most common species used to achieve the classic Patina look are American Black Walnut, White Oak, Quartersawn White Oak, Hickory, Brazilian Cherry and Teak.
